With a four-game home winning streak, professional basketball’s Daegu KOGAS is tied for seventh place .KOGAS defeated Busan KCC 100-98 in a home game of the 2023-2024 regular season at Daegu Gymnasium on Friday. With the win, which snapped a two-game losing streak against KCC and extended its home winning streak to four games, KOGAS improved its record to 13-21, tied for seventh place with Anyang Jeonggwanjang. KCC improved to 17-15 and remained in fifth place. The overtime period played out like a seesaw game for both teams, but KOGAS won the game on a three-pointer by Shin Seung-min with 2.6 seconds left in regulation .KOG was led by Nicholson’s 36 points and 13 rebounds and Belangel’s 26 points. KCC was led by Choi Jun-yong with 32 points and Lee Seung-hyun with 15 points and four blocked shots .Suwon KT won 68-65 at home against Seoul SK .With its first win over SK this season, third-place KT improved to 21-12 and moved within one game of second-place SK (23-12).After finishing the first half trailing 44-48, KT battled back with 7:14 left in the fourth quarter on a three-pointer by Moon Jung-hyun, who followed it up with a steal to swing the momentum back in their favor.
